Called the guys at Somerton Computing in a bid to find someone to help my 14 year old nephew with his first ever PC build that wasn’t going to plan. Not only did I get told we could come in that afternoon, they said on the phone that they’ll happily take a look at it with him, and help troubleshoot the issue/s. I really couldn’t believe it when they happily took him and his PC into the workshop in the store when we arrived, and had a look at it with him. The guys talked my nephew through everything they were seeing and doing, and where the problems were. It was amazing to see them genuinely interested in helping a young kid and sharing their knowledge and expertise. I could tell me nephew was soo chuffed to be speaking to people that knew what they were talking about!! And not only did they do this with him, they also put in a graphics card (one of the original issues was there wasn’t one) for him to have in his PC, as it turns out he doesn’t have one yet to put in. All this, and they didn’t charge me a penny for their time or equipment… I really can’t fault these guys, it was a real pleasure to watch them with my nephew, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! We left with a very happy boy, and all the answers we needed. Thank you both for such an incredible service, and willingness to help teach the next generation! It makes all the difference to actually show a kid, taking time to explain and ask them questions, rather than just taking their PC somewhere and fixing it. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone with any computer issues or questions to make Somerton Computing your first port of call!

All the guys are very happy to help with any queries. They don't charge for troubleshooting, which I think is great. Definitely handy and worth visit for all PC needs and requirements.

These guys are always super helpful and really know what they are doing. They offer a great diagnostic service and then let you know how much it is going to cost for any necessary repairs. I would highly recommend

Fantastic service. PC died probably following an update. I was kept in touch regularly with updates on work being done. Now up and running again, with the majority of data being recovered. Great team, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Always receive excellent service and advice on everything from what printer cartridges we need to advice on which lap top is best for us. They always try to repair things and are never pushy regarding sales. Repairs are completed speedily and are very reasonably priced. They willingly offer help and advice, for free and are a knowledgeable and thoughtful team.

David and his team are amazing. I’m a technophobe, but they explained everything in layman’s terms and were very helpful and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble! Definitely recommend. Thank you 😊

I bought my laptop from here quite a few years ago (6+) and it's been a solid performer until recently when the screen went, I took it to them on Monday and got it back Wednesday morning fully functional. They even serviced it for me, it looks and runs like new!!!! I'm really impressed by the great service.
