I was really surprised at the condition of the Refurb Laptop Grade A was same "as new", Very very impressed. Price was on a third of a new machine. Being recycled, it helps the whole word in this time of climate change. Why buy NEW ? Recycling is the way forward.

Buying on behalf of several customers, the new website at IJT has made it easy to choose my Refurbed Laptops and Computers. The Refurb quality has been excellent. Any delivery issues are those of DPD and not to be blamed on IJT who provide a wonderful and immediate response to any issue raised.

I purchased a new Epson printer and paid for DPD courier. I asked it be delivered to my front door and left there. DPD acknowledged that. It wasn't delivered to my address but to another street and signed for. After several phone calls to DPD/IPT they told me the address number. I went to the address but it was incorrect . I knocked on other doors in the street and finally found the parcel IPT told me they would not reimburse me the courier charge of £6 because it had been delivered to a safe place They ignored my claim that I spent nearly 1 hour of my time searching the parcel and it had not been put at my door as requested ITP said they would do nothing more about it. They have now lost a customer of 3 years and any future orders. Pathetic business strategy.

Great attitude to customers, I had a problem with a tablet, it was collected next day (Thursday), checks carried out on Friday, obviously not repairable as a replacement was delivered on Monday. I have been a customer for some years, their prices are great, their staff are fantastic and the company attitude is second to none. I have bought IJT own brand inkjet cartridges from IJT for my Brother MFC-J430W printer (which I also got from them) for many years and it just keeps printing good docs without any problems at all. Seems that printer manufacturer scaremongering about only using original ink is rubbish in my case. I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga 11e laptop/tablet Grade A1 refurb from IJT and my wife saw it so she had one. Then our daughter wanted one too. The touch screen didn't work on the last one at first but a quick phone call to Mark at IJT support sorted that out. I just had to download and run a Lenovo system software update tool and it updated all the drivers.

Having inadvertently purchased ink cartridges from them, rather than my regular supplier I have been constantly plagued by unsolicited mailings, emails and phone calls. I have asked the person on the other end of the phone on several occasions to cease and desist. I blocked the number, but they just call from another number. I block this number and they use another number, all starting with the STD code 01458 If anyone is purchasing anything from this company, please make sure you read the small print and tick the box to 'opt out' of receiving further marketing material and communications

I wholeheartedly recommend this outfit. I bought a refurbed HP Elitebook from them, some minor issues, rectified immediately without any quibbles. Easy to talk to someone, brilliant pickup/delivery service. Well done guys, a pleasure to do business with you.
