We have visited the T S B at Somerton several times since the closure of the Taunton branch the staff have been 100% approachable . 100% helpful and professional. Thank you for your patience.

Went today and what a shock all the lovely wood has gone and there's tables and chairs the young lady wasn't very pleasant in fact rude sign of the time's I suppose

Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful- I actually use this branch as little as possible and would far rather drive to Yeovil where nothing is too much trouble. This unfortunately is completely the opposite in the Somerton branch. The staff in Somerton make transactions as awkward as possible, they have to make a point by saying something negative, don’t smile, don’t appear to want to do any work. I always and I do mean always, feel a nuisance using the counter staff. They will try their best to get you to do all transactions through the machine, online or telephone. Well I don’t want to use these options today which is why I’m stood in your branch!! So you win and I’m off to Yeovil in future to be greeted with a smile.

Never had any issues . Offers all the facilities required , anything else can be done online . Staff , when I've spoken to them seem happy , polite and helpful.

Kept waiting ages outside, to then be told the deposit machine was brocken. Very poor costumer service. SORT IT OUT TSB!
